Is it really free?
Yes. Free is free forever, with no time limit and no monthly fee. We earn only when we fill your calendar: 10% of a marketplace ride, with a ₪50 minimum per order. Your own clients and orders cost you nothing. Pro, at ₪49 per vehicle per month, is optional.
How long does setup take?
Under two minutes. Sign up, add your drivers, and dispatch your first ride today. No implementation project, no waiting on a sales call.
Can I move my existing data over?
Yes. Bring your customers, vehicles and recurring routes. Upload your customer list and start booking rides for them right away, and we’ll help with the rest.
Do my drivers need training?
No. The driver app shows one thing at a time: the next ride, the route, and the button to press. Most drivers get it on the first ride.
Can drivers use their own phones?
Yes. The app runs on any modern phone the driver already owns. No special hardware.
How does the 10% marketplace commission work?
When a ride comes to you through the ShuttleLink marketplace, we take 10% of the ride price, with a minimum of ₪50 per order. It applies only to marketplace rides, never to your own clients and orders. It is the same on Free and on Pro.
Who pays the ₪9.90 booking fee?
Your end client pays it when they book a ride. You pay nothing for it, on any plan.
What does Pro add?
Pro is ₪49 per vehicle per month. It adds everything in Free plus “Fill my calendar” priority (marketplace rides go into your idle hours first), advanced reports, branding, unlimited users and the API. The marketplace commission stays 10%, minimum ₪50, as on Free.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are individual features, such as advanced reports, branding or the API, that you can add to Free without going Pro. Each one is priced per feature, and you see the price in the app before you add it.
Does my company get its own page?
Yes. Every company gets a free profile page at your-company.shuttle-link.net, ready to share with your clients.
I drive alone. Can I join?
Yes. Join as a one-person company and use the same dashboard and driver app, with the same free company page.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Free has no contract, and Pro is month to month per vehicle. Stay because it works, not because you’re stuck.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime, from your account. Pro is billed monthly per vehicle, so you can drop it whenever you like, and downgrading to Free keeps all your data. No phone calls, no cancellation fees.
